Last year we stayed in a cabin in Greer, AZ. At first I could not imagine that this would have had such an effect on our family. It was such an incredible, beautiful and peaceful time. Since that experience we talk about how great it would be to have a cabin to gather as a family and spend time together. Our children talk about how great it would be to bring their families to a place we could all be together in and have fun and vacation. One day a few weeks ago the thought went through my mind about what it was we were truly saying to each other. We were talking about how we want to be an eternal family. How important this is to each of our children, how to be together. It is not a physical place, it's a true desire and a goal as a family. I realized that these are the simple blessings that come from all the years of family home evening and teaching we have done in our home. Even in the midst of frustrating moments we get blessed with priceless blessings.
